Pastoral Ministries:

Pastor: Brian Woolery

Pastor Brian & Julie Woolery joined the Keystone family in January 2010.

Brian grew up as a Nazarene pastor’s son in Tennessee and Indiana. He attended Southern NazareneUniversity in Bethany, Oklahoma, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Theology and
Ministry. Julie grew up in New Braunfels, Texas, and received a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Southern Nazarene University. They married after graduation.

Both were interested in missions and participated in many cross-cultural short-term mission trips throughout high school and college. After they were married, God called them to move to the island of Guam as missionaries. They served at Guam First Church of the Nazarene from 2003 to 2006 as music ministers and worked with children and youth. Julie also worked as a Social Worker for the Salvation Army Guam Corps.

In June, 2006, they moved to Manila, Philippines, to attend Asia-Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary where Brian also began to serve as the Regional Youth Coordinator for the Church of the Nazarene in the Asia Pacific Region. Julie taught English classes during their time at the seminary. They have two sons, Justin and Noah. In 2009 Julie graduated with a Master’s degree in Religious Education, and Brian graduated with a Master’s of Divinity.

Brian and Julie feel privileged that God called them to serve at Keystone Church of the Nazarene. It is their prayer that God will use the people at Keystone to make Christ-like disciples on the island of Okinawa and around the world.

Associate Pastor: Rosslyn Weigelt

Rosslyn was raised in Adelaide, Australia and began her ministerial studies at European Nazarene College in Busingen, Germany before transferring to MidAmerica Nazarene University (Olathe, KS) to complete her undergraduate degree in Religion. During her time at MNU she met and married Brian Weigelt and they graduated together from Nazarene Theological Seminary (Kansas City, MO). God directed their ministry to a small town in Oregon where they served for almost five years and Rosslyn was ordained in 2001. They welcomed their daughter Eliza to the family before Brian became an active duty Navy chaplain in the autumn of 2003. Since then they have lived in California, Virginia, and Maryland prior to serving in Okinawa, Japan. Rosslyn has a keen interest in travel (having visited all but one continent), gardening, cooking, and numerous other hobbies! God has consistently taken Rosslyn to places she never imagined as she seeks to serve His kingdom.
